Marital Enrichment

Needing to reconnect with your spouse? It can be a good idea to attend a marital enrichment workshop once a year or so. These can help you reconnect, come back to the basics of your relationship, strengthen your foundation, and find new ways to love one another.

What Can You Do?

For the Readers:

It’s okay if you’re not ready to take the step of registering you and your spouse for a workshop. You may want to try first reading Hold Me Tight or Created for Connection to get a better sense of what the workshops have to offer! These books are also great resources on their own.

For the Doers:

Consider registering for a Hold Me Tight® Program or Created for Connection® workshop in your area or virtually with me!

Trouble in Bed? Check This Out These Resources on Sex and Intimacy

For Readers:

The Great Sex Rescue by Sheila Wray Gregorie, Rebecca Gregoire, & Joanna Sawatsky

The Great Sex Rescue is a resource on sex and intimacy that EVERY evangelical Christian couple needs to read. If you are evangelical, chances are you’ve heard a number of damaging messages about sex, intimacy, libido, sexuality, and more from pastors, teachers, and Christian authors on marriage and sex. This book critically examines these messages, then rescues and reframes them with practical tools for you and your spouse to try.

Not sure yet if you want to buy the book? Check out my book review (COMING SOON) for more details.

FOR THE LISTENERS:

Check out the podcast “Foreplay Radio - Couples and Sex Therapy” by George Faller, EFT Couples Therapist and Laurie Watson, Sex Therapist.
